Does God bless us more when we believe more?
The more we believe, the more God will bless us, because nothing pleases God's heart more than the faith of a human being. Unbelief is what God holds most strongly against mankind, and faith is its opposite. Believers appropriate His grace by faith.
Les teaches that God has given all this to believers freely, not through groveling in the ground, climbing the steps to St. Peter, or crossing the ocean, but here and now, abounding and more than we can handle. The way to appropriate it is by faith, not by feeling; when feelings waver, we come back to the Word and believe it. That is what God is looking for.
