Does being Jewish make a believer different in the Body of Christ?

No. When a Jew believes and is placed into the Body of Christ, that Jewish identity does not make him or her different from Gentile believers. Jew and Gentile are all one in the Body of Christ, and if the Lord comes, all believers—Jew or Gentile—go together in the Rapture.

Les explains that this is part of the mystery now revealed to the Apostle Paul: the Jew loses his identity when he comes into the Body of Christ. He illustrates it with a Jewish believer who asked whether she would be left behind at the Rapture because she was Jewish. He assured her, “Heavens no!” If you are a believer, whether Jew or Gentile, and you are in the Body of Christ, we all go. That Jewish background does not make her any different in the Body of Christ. Les says we are all one, and he extends the same point to bond or free and to racial or national distinctions: it makes no difference, because all are one when they come into the Body of Christ.
