To whom does Paul always write his letters?

Paul always writes his letters to the believer, to the Christian. He addresses his epistles to the saints, those who have trusted the Gospel of grace. His letters are not written to the unsaved world, but to believers, to Christians.

Les explains that Paul consistently writes to the believer, to the Christian. In this letter, Paul is writing to the saints from prison because of his apostleship. He was saved by God's grace on the road to Damascus and sent to the Gentiles with a new revelation not based on Judaism, the Law, or the Old Testament. His letters are directed to those who have believed the Gospel of the grace of God, not to the pagan world.
