What coming judgment is like the Noah flood?
The coming judgment like the Noah flood is the final seven years of tribulation, when God will pour out His wrath and vexation on Christ-rejecting man. The earth was corrupt and filled with violence before the flood, and the same kind of judgment now approaches.
Les explains that the verses cited describe the corruption and violence that led up to the Noah flood—God saw all flesh had corrupted its way, and He said He would destroy them with the earth. Les then says we are approaching the same kind of judgment, when God will pour out His wrath and vexation on Christ-rejecting man during the final seven years of tribulation. He connects this to Romans chapter 3, where Paul lists the deeds of the ungodly and says the whole human race outside salvation has gone out of the way and none does good.
