Will God continue to deal with rebellious people, or will He judge them?
God declares that He will not continue to deal with rebellious people except in gross judgment and punishment; He will not stand for it. While the present Day of Grace delays wrath, judgment is coming. Rebellious people will face His judgment because He will not tolerate their rebellion forever.
Les teaches that God is not going to continue to deal with rebellious people except in gross judgment and punishment, because God won't stand for it. He explains that the present time is still the Day of Grace, so God is not now pouring out His wrath on wicked men; nevertheless, their day is coming, and it is getting closer. Les says the world is becoming more aware of the trials and tribulations that will come upon the planet. He sees unusual weather and increasing earthquakes as a foreboding of what lies ahead, noting that many earthquakes occur daily and the press ignores all but the strong ones. He believes the Lord is warning the whole planet and that we are in the closing seconds of this age, not minutes or hours.
