Does Les expect everyone to agree with him on everything?
No. He explicitly states that he does not expect everyone to agree with him on everything, acknowledging he is human and not above error. Yet he refuses to compromise on fundamentals: Christ's virgin birth, deity as Creator, completed atoning work of the cross, resurrection, and second coming.
Les explains that although he is human and not above error, he does not expect everyone to agree with him on everything. He had just told someone on the phone the same thing. But he will never compromise on the fundamentals: who Christ is, that He was virgin born, that He is God the Creator, and that His atoning work of the cross completed every bit of God's requirement for salvation. He also affirms that Christ rose from the dead and is coming again. If he sounds bold at times, this is why; he says he would rather go back and simply stay on the ranch than compromise those things.
