What happens if we obey God?
Obedience to God's things enables believers to avoid most of life's dilemmas, though not all, because we remain flesh. It also aligns with His purpose to give life more abundantly—eternal life and even physical life—since we are born-again sons of God.
Les teaches that if we are obedient to the things of God, we will avoid most of life's dilemmas. He clarifies we won't avoid them all because we are still flesh and human, but we can avoid much if we understand our position as believers. The Lord's promise to give life more abundantly still holds—eternal life and even physical life. As born-again sons of God, we are the born ones as a result of salvation, and God precipitates all spiritual action.
