Les Feldick Bible Study

Why do cells from one species not survive long in another species?

Cells from one species do not survive long in another because God created every living thing after its own kind, leaving no room for evolutionary descent from a single germ cell. Although cross-species tissue may briefly function, those foreign cells soon die and slough off, demonstrating distinct created kinds rather than common ancestry.

Les explains that although scientists can sometimes take cells from one species and they survive for a little while, they never survive for long, because God has said everything after its own kind. He points to pigskin used on human burn patients: it could breathe and react well with human physiology, enhancing healing, but after just a few days those cells died and sloughed off. Les notes the evolutionist says this shows everything came from the same place, but the creationist says it shows one master mind in creation. Similarities and analogies do not prove evolution; rather, the same Creator is the instigator of all of it.
