Who receives the promise by faith of Jesus Christ?

Scripture concludes all people, rich and poor, black and white, under sin, so that the promise by the faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them who believe. Therefore, those who believe, rather than those attempting law-keeping, receive the promise by faith in Jesus Christ.

Les explains that the Law can only condemn the whole human race; even good, upright, nice people who keep much of the Law will eventually fail. Since failing one point makes a person guilty of all, no one stands a chance by law-keeping. The great answer to this dilemma is that Scripture has concluded everybody under sin, so the promise by the faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them who believe. What is given to those who believe the promise by faith of Jesus Christ?
