What will happen to Israel after the Gentiles are broken off?
After the Gentiles are broken off from their grafted position, God will bring Israel back in and graft them in again, as Paul writes in Romans chapter 11. Israel will be restored to the place of covenant privilege, while the Gentiles will be left without a Messiah and outside the covenant promises.
Les explains that the day is coming, and he thinks it is getting close, when God will once again shut the door on the Gentile world. He will break the Gentiles off from that grafted position, and Israel will be brought back in, grafted in again as Paul says in Romans chapter 11. The Gentiles will then find themselves again where they were before, without a Messiah and outside the covenant promises. Previously, the whole human race as Gentiles had been resting and feeding on the fatness of the root of Abraham while Israel was out in dispersion.
