Les Feldick Bible Study

Is it enough to be saved and do nothing else?

No. Salvation is the beginning, not the end. God expects believers to move out and live a life of service, some to more extent than others. He does not expect us to simply rest in that saving grace and do nothing about it, but we are to move on.

Les explains that salvation is where we begin, not where we stay. He emphasizes that after believing in Christ's death and resurrection, God expects us to move out and live a life of service, some to a greater extent than others. He does not expect us to simply rest in that saving grace and do nothing about it. Les illustrates this with a young man who, after coming out of a binding religion, was thrilled and began his own Bible study. The freedom of grace is like setting a bird free from its cage, and Paul himself had to shed Judaism's legalism after his conversion.
