What does Romans 3 say about the whole world and the condemnation of the Law?

According to Romans 3, all the world came under the condemnation power of the Law, proving no one is righteous, no not one. The Law was given to Israel, yet its condemnation extends to all, showing universal guilt and declaring the whole world condemned.

Les teaches that when God called Moses up into the mountain in Exodus, He gave the Law to Moses, and Moses took it down and gave it to Israel. Israel came under the Law, not the rest of the world, just Israel. But as Romans 3 says, all the world came under the condemnation power of the Law and proved that no one is righteous, no not one. The mode of operation of the Law was given only to Israel. Later, Paul's apostleship reveals the doctrines of Grace, not Law, and Grace is not confined to Israel but is primarily to the Gentiles, while also including the Jew.

Romans 3:10

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 3:19

Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

The moral law does not stop with the Jew but reaches every human being and condemns Gentiles just as thoroughly as Jews.

Does Romans 3:19 say the world becomes righteous or guilty before God?

According to Romans 3:19, what the world becomes before God is guilty, not righteous; many people wrongly think keeping the law will let them make it.
