What happens to world conditions in the end times?
World conditions plunge into end-time phenomena, and the things that are already bad will only get worse. This worsening continues until the fullness of the Gentiles is brought in, when the Body of Christ is complete and believers are removed from the earth.

He ties this to Romans 11:25, where Israel's blindness in part lasts until the fullness of the Gentiles is brought in. That fullness is when the Body of Christ is complete. Using the analogy of a baby in the womb, when every part is formed to the last cell, delivery comes. Likewise, when God has finished drawing the last person into the Body of Christ, believers are out of here, and then He can pick up and finish.
