What are the differing views about whether the Church or Israel is the Body of Christ?
Two camps differ: one holds that the Church is the Body of Christ, while the other holds that Israel is the Body of Christ. Despite information from both sides, the position maintained is that the Church is the Bride of Christ.
Les explains that in II Corinthians chapter 11 there are differences of opinion about the Church, the Body of Christ being the Body of Christ, or whether it is Israel. Newell, the teacher of the 20s and 30s in the Chicago area, who said that when the Bride of Christ is ready to be presented to the groom, the Apostle Paul will be the introducer.
