What is one of the first signs of the end times Jesus warned about?
Jesus warned His disciples that one of the first signs of the end times would be mass deception. He said, “Be not deceived.” This deception is already visible on every hand, so believers must not trust in themselves or denominations but turn to the Book and ask what the Bible says.
Les explains that when the Lord Jesus warned the disciples, He identified mass deception as one of the first signs of the end time. His command was, “Be not deceived.” Les says Satan is pulling all the plugs today, and deception is evident on every hand. The only alternative is not to run to a teacher or a denomination, but to run to the Book and ask what the Bible says about a matter. In the surrounding context, Les also stresses that the believer’s warfare is spiritual, not merely material or physical, even while we walk in the flesh.
