Did Jesus tell the Jews to stop temple worship and sacrifices during His ministry?

No. Jesus' three-year earthly ministry was to the Jews under the Law. He never told anyone to stop temple worship, and He never told a Jew they no longer had to give sacrifices. They remained under the Law, as early Acts also indicates.

Les explains that Jesus ministered only to the Jew and under the Law for those three years. He never told anybody to stop temple worship, nor did He tell a Jew that sacrifices were no longer required. They were still under the Law. Even after His death, burial, and resurrection, the early chapters of Acts still show Jews under the Law; no one had told them they were not under it, and everything was still legal. In Acts 5, Peter and John go up to the temple at the hour of prayer, which implies Judaism, not Christianity, because Christianity did not demand temple prayer three or four times a day. They were still under the Law's demands even though they had recognized Christ as Messiah and believed, but they were not released from the Law. Those early chapters of Acts are still God dealing with the nation of Israel.
