How did Jesus fulfill all the demands of a holy God?
Jesus fulfilled all the demands of a holy God by being the perfect sacrifice as the just one. He is also the holy God, so He satisfied both directions—becoming both the just and the justifier. Now He justifies all who believe in Jesus the Christ, the resurrected one.
Les teaches that Jesus has done it all. He is the whole tabernacle, so He can be both just and the justifier. He is not only the just one who was the perfect sacrifice and fulfilled all the demands of a holy God, but He is also the holy God. Thus He has done it all from both directions. He then becomes the justifier of him who believes now in Jesus, or as Paul normally puts it, in Jesus the Christ, the resurrected one.
To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
