Does every believer have a gift and a role from God, even if they feel untalented?

Les teaches that God is the one who gives people the ability to perform their tasks, and believers should never lose sight of that. He stresses that every believer—regardless of how untalented they may think they are—has a role and has been given a gift by God. He has seen people who thought they had no gift use one tremendously without realizing it. In the context of the sanctuary work, God put wisdom and understanding in wisehearted men, and the work began when their hearts were stirred to come and do it. So the starting point is the heart.
