Does worshiping God every day mean going to a formal service or church seven days a week?

No. Daily worship means every day becomes a day of praise and worship because of all God has done, not a requirement to attend a formal service or keep church doors open seven days a week. The Christian walk should not depend only on a one-day-a-week service; Paul refers to the first day for formal gathering.

Les explains that in this age of grace, realizing all God has done on our behalf—though we are worthy of none of it—should move us to make every day a day of praise and worship. That does not mean we have to go to a formal service, nor that a church door must be open seven days a week. But the Christian walk should not depend on a one-day-a-week service or worship. When it comes to the formal coming together of God's people, Paul refers to the first day.
