Are unbelievers members of the body of Christ?

Les explains that unbelievers cannot be members of the body of Christ because they are unsaved. He says only the saved go into the body of Christ, and the baptism that really counts for eternity is the one that places the true, genuine believer into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit. He adds that a person may have their name on many church roles, but unless they are in the body of Christ, they are doomed. Believers are placed there by the Holy Spirit, as Paul makes plain, and as members of the body they still maintain their individuality while being one.
