If everyone has sinned, is there still a way back to God for every person?
Yes. Scripture teaches that even though all have sinned, the way back to God has been made available for every human being. Paul writes that the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. God also reveals Himself through nature, so no one is left without a witness.
