Why has the Word of God been given to us according to Les Feldick?
The Word of God has been given to us so that we may reach out to hungry hearts. It is not meant to be merchandise or a source of profit for God's men. Paul laid out this purpose: believers share it freely to meet spiritual hunger, not to sell it.
Les explains that although his material is copyrighted, that is only to protect against someone using it for profit. He gives full permission to copy or dub tapes and books as long as no one sells them for profit. He says he does not believe in making merchandise of this book, and anything he says or prints is this book. It irritates him that many of God's men seemingly profit from the Word of God. That is not what it was given for. As Paul laid it out, it has been given to reach out to hungry hearts.
