Les Feldick Bible Study

Why did God leave the Bible for us according to Les Feldick?

God left the Bible so that ordinary believers can read it and study it for themselves. It is meant to be available in the language of the common man, so people can open the Word, study it, and enjoy it on their own, just as Tyndale wanted every plowboy in England to have a copy.

Les explains that this is an informal Bible study, not connected with any group, and its aim is to prompt people to study the Word and enjoy it on their own. He says that is why God left us this book: so ordinary believers can read and study it. He illustrates with Tyndale or Wycliffe, noting uncertainty about which one, who wanted the Bible printed in the common man's language so every plowboy in England could have a copy. Since God has seen fit to make Scripture available that way, Les says it behooves us to study it and read it on our own.
