What is the world rushing toward according to Les?

Les explains that the world today is set only on the temporal—asking what's in it for me, how to enjoy life to the full, how to make the most—but that is not where it's at. The Lord said, 'Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all these things.' Things are not condemned if priorities are straight, but if a believer gets hung up on things and is more concerned about the temporal, he loses sight of the eternal. Les warns not to be caught in that trap, especially as he feels we are in the closings, not moments but seconds, of this age. He is not a date setter, but he sees the world rushing into the scenario that will be on the earth for the appearance of the Antichrist. It is coming fast. Israel is pushed tighter and tighter by the Arab world until she might do something rash, though God will do it in His time, not the Arab world's turn. If pushed to the corner to use nuclear energy, they have it. But the world is literally rushing to that scenario.
