How did the resurrection power of Christ help Paul through trials?

The resurrection power of Christ helped Paul through trials by assuring him that even if his physical life were taken, his spirit life could not be ended. Knowing the crucified Christ had been raised from the dead, he shared the disciples' mindset that nothing could touch his eternal part, and that power kept him through physical trials and tribulations.

Les explains that after Jesus' arrest and crucifixion, the eleven disciples scattered like a flock of quail, running for their lives. But after the resurrection their attitude totally changed. They understood that nothing could touch their eternal part, because if the Lord had been resurrected, they would be too. Paul operated with that same mindset: knowing the crucified Christ had been raised from the dead, he knew his enemies could take his life, but they could not end his spirit life. Les suggests this is what Paul constantly refers to—that the resurrection power of Christ would keep him even through the trials and tribulations of his physical life. Paul was also sustained by the prayers of the saints, as he requested prayer for his ministry.

2 Corinthians 1:10
