Where will Jesus' feet stand when He returns according to Zechariah 14:4?

According to Zechariah 14:4, when He returns His feet shall stand that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is on the east before Jerusalem. This contrasts with Paul's description of believers meeting Christ in the air; Zechariah presents His feet touching the Mount of Olives.

Les teaches that Paul says Christ is only going to come to the atmosphere, and we meet Him in the air. But in Zechariah 14:4, the language is just like in the Book of Acts: His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is on the east before Jerusalem. So the return places His feet on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem.

Zechariah 14:4

And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
