Is the Ancient of Days in Daniel 7:13 the same person as in Daniel 7:9?

Daniel 7:13's Ancient of Days is the same person as Daniel 7:9's Ancient of Days. Verse 9 describes Him seated on a fiery throne, garment white as snow, hair like pure wool. Verse 13 shows the Son of Man coming with clouds to that same One, brought near before Him.

Les explains that Daniel 7:9 presents God the Father on the supreme area of the throne, with garment white as snow, hair like pure wool, throne like fiery flame, wheels as burning fire, and a fiery stream issuing before Him, with millions of angelic hosts ministering. Then in Daniel 7:13, Daniel sees one like the Son of Man, capitalized, coming with the clouds of heaven to the Ancient of Days. Les directly states this is "that same one that you read about in verse 9," so the Ancient of Days in verse 13 is the same person as the Ancient of Days in verse 9—God the Father—and the Son comes before Him.

Daniel 7:9

I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

Daniel 7:13

I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
