Will there ever be another time of trouble like the final seven years?
No. Scripture indicates that the Tribulation, the final seven years, will be a time of trouble so great that none is like it, nor will there ever be another like it in the future. Its horrors will be physical and mental, testing men's sanity, and the world is ripening for it.
Les explains that the horrors of the Tribulation are not only physical but also mental, and they will test men's ability to keep their sanity because of the horrors coming on the earth. He quotes the anguish: every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces turned into paleness. He identifies that day as the Tribulation and stresses that none is like it, nor will there ever be in the future a time of trouble like that final seven years. He adds that all the world is getting ripe for it, that the wrath of God is coming on sinful men, and that He will pour it out. He also mentions the horrible wickedness and sinfulness men practice, wondering how God can put up with it, and ties the uniqueness to the vast population now living, more than have lived all the way back to the beginning.
