When does Christ consider Himself complete according to Ephesians 1:23?

According to Ephesians 1:23, Christ considers Himself complete when He finally has His Body, the Church, in His presence. The Church is His Body, described as His fullness or compliment, so as Eve completed Adam, the Body of Christ completes Christ Himself.

Les explains that the word “fullness” in Ephesians 1:23 means “compliment.” The Church is His Body, and when Christ will finally have the Body in His presence, then He Himself considers Himself complete. Les illustrates this from Genesis: when Adam was alone and naming the animals, they all had their mate, and God said He would make a helpmeet for him. The other word for helpmeet was compliment. So as Eve was the completion of Adam, so also will the Body of Christ be the completion of Christ Himself. The context then moves to Ephesians 3:6, where Gentiles are fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ.
