What had Paul received by the time he went to Jerusalem to see Peter after three years?

By the time Paul went up to Jerusalem to see Peter after three years, he had received the revelations and the mysteries were beginning to unfold. He did not go to learn everything Peter knew but to share with Peter some of these new revelations.

Les explains that after Paul's conversion he did not immediately confer with flesh and blood, meaning the twelve apostles in Jerusalem. Instead, he went into Arabia, which is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and from the account in Acts he must have been down there three years. From that three years of experience at Mount Sinai in the desert, he was ready to take the message of grace to the Gentile world. Then, after three years, Paul went up to Jerusalem to see Peter. By this time he had all these revelations, and the mysteries were beginning to unfold. He did not go to learn everything Peter knew, but to share with Peter some of these new revelations. Peter never did get them all and never could comprehend all these revelations that the Apostle Paul had received.

Galatians 1:18
