Where did the Gentiles come from according to the Bible?

The Gentile line is the mainstream of humanity that came from Adam, flowed through the three sons of Noah, and continued through the nations scattered at the Tower of Babel. Gentiles are that ongoing stream of humanity, out of which God later separated Abraham.

Les explains that this answers the common question of where the Gentiles began. The Gentile line is the mainstream of humanity coming from Adam, then from the three sons of Noah, then through the nations scattered at the tower of Babel, and they just keep on going. This is the Gentile stream of humanity. Out of that same stream, God later pulled the little nation of Israel by separating Abraham. Abraham was not a Jew; he was born of Syrian parents, and God sovereignly declared him father of the Jewish race. Les notes that technically the first real Jew would be Isaac.
