Why are millions of people going to hell?
Millions go to an eternal hell because they refuse the exclusivist narrow way God prescribed, rejecting Jesus as the only name by which anyone must be saved. God is not unfair; He made salvation available to all, but they will not believe and enter by the door.
Les explains that the gospel is exclusivist because Scripture declares there is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved than the name of Jesus. Millions go to an eternal devil's hell because they will not come into this narrow way God prescribed. Les notes that people accuse God of being unfair, but he says God is too fair: the way is narrow, yet the way in is so easy anybody can find it if they simply believe. God did not load it with requirements, stipulations, rules, and regulations. Les uses John 10's sheepfold and door: anyone entering must come by the door; those who try over the top are thieves and robbers.
