Where did Paul get the message he passed on to the Roman world?

Paul received the message he passed on to the Roman world by revelation from the Ascended Lord in glory. He did not get it from the twelve men at Jerusalem or from Christ's earthly ministry. Everything he revealed was from the Ascended Lord in glory.

Les explains that Paul’s message to the Roman world was not derived from the twelve men at Jerusalem, nor from Christ’s earthly ministry. The Holy Spirit prompted Paul to write that he had no contact with those twelve at Jerusalem, and when he speaks of revelation, he refers to that which Christ revealed from His position in the heavenlies. In chapter 2, Paul went up to Jerusalem by revelation to communicate the gospel he preached among the Gentiles, showing his gospel was not connected with Judaism. Everything Paul revealed to pass on to the Roman world was revealed from the Ascended Lord in glory. Les also notes that in I Corinthians 11:23 Paul uses the same word regarding revelation.
