Will God judge adulterers and sexually immoral people, or will He overlook it?

God will judge adulterers and sexually immoral people; He will not overlook it. Scripture declares the marriage bed undefiled, but whoremongers are immoral and adulterers God will judge. He does not wink at such sin, and those guilty will not get away with it; they will face it someday before God.

Les teaches that marriage is honorable and the marriage bed is undefiled, but the other side is that whoremongers are the immoral people, and adulterers God will judge. God is not going to wink at it; they will not get away with it and will face it someday. The great white throne is waiting for the lost, and they will come before God with all this on their record. Paul then returns to I Corinthians chapter 7, saying it is good for a man not to get involved, referring to the sexual instincts, to avoid fornication or falling into the trap of immoral activity. He says let every man have his own wife, and every woman her own husband. Les explains this is not the sole reason for marriage, but it has a redeeming effect: having one's own spouse helps avoid temptation to go out and be promiscuous. In Corinth, a thousand prostitutes were plying the streets every night, a constant temptation for a young man, so Paul says rather than be tempted with that, have your own wife.

Hebrews 13:4

Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
