What is the dispensation of the grace of God?

The dispensation of the grace of God is the period of management Paul calls the Body of Truth. It contains the Pauline doctrines and mysteries not found elsewhere in Scripture. Every true believer is given understanding of these mysteries, though most do not understand them. This administration centers on the truths committed to Paul.

Les uses the illustration of a business owner moving to another state and leaving the business in the care of a manager or steward. He says you would expect that steward to be faithful, honest, to keep good books, and not steal, because he manages what belongs to another. Les then applies that to the dispensation of the grace of God as a period of management. He pictures it as a great big wagon wheel with spokes, and within that wheel are all the various mysteries that make up what he calls the Body of Truth, which Paul calls the dispensation of the grace of God. Within this dispensation are all the Pauline doctrines not found anywhere else in your Bible. Les says he has made it a priority to help believers understand these mysteries, and he begins in Romans, going through Paul's letters, starting with Romans 11:25.
