Who is the 'Son' Paul says God revealed in him?

The Son revealed in Paul is the Christ—the crucified, resurrected, and risen Christ. God's purpose was to reveal His Son in Paul, and the explanation identifies that Son directly as Christ, the one who was crucified, resurrected, and risen.

Les explains that Paul, formerly Saul of Tarsus, was steeped in the traditions of the fathers and had persecuted Jesus of Nazareth. God set him apart from his mother's womb, called him by grace, and revealed His Son in him. Les clarifies that the Son is the Christ—the resurrected, crucified, and risen Christ—revealed in Paul by God's purpose, not because Paul deserved or earned it.
