Yes. The Jewish remnant surviving the last three and a half years will be supernaturally cared for by God. They will not have to worry about clothing or shelter, because God will feed them and provide totally for them during that period, much like Israel's wilderness experience.

They will leave Jerusalem as one large group, like Israel coming out of Egypt, making their way to the mountains in the southeast. The Antichrist will try to destroy them with an armed force, but God will intervene, just as He opened the Red Sea, and will open the earth to swallow the Antichrist's army. Israel's remnant will be safe. God will feed them there for three and a half years, much like the wilderness experience. They will not have to worry about clothes or shelter; God will take care of them totally for that period. At the end, when they see Christ returning in glory at Armageddon, the remnant of Israel will be saved in totality.
