Who was Paul supposed to make see the fellowship of the mystery?

Paul was commissioned to make all men see the fellowship of the mystery—not merely Israel or the Gentiles, but the entire human race. This secret had been hid in God from the beginning of the world, and Paul was made a minister to reveal it.

Les explains that in verse nine Paul was to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery. This was not just Israel or just the Gentiles but the whole human race. The mystery, or secret, had been hid in God from the beginning of the world. Les points out that God, the sovereign Creator, has the prerogative to keep things secret, and this was hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ. Les also notes God had the Gentiles on His mind, and that the Gentiles would become fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of the promise.

Ephesians 3:9
