Why were the mysteries revealed to Paul?

The mysteries were revealed to Paul because Israel rejected Christ, so God turned to the Gentile world. Paul, a Jew and Pharisee of the tribe of Benjamin, was the chosen exception; God revealed these secrets to him so he could carry them to the Gentiles and reveal them.

Les explains that God can keep things secret as long as He cares to, and this body of revealed truth was one of those secrets. Israel rejected Christ, so God put Israel into dispersion and turned to the rest of the world. He did not use the Jew generally, with the exception of Paul, a Jew, a Pharisee of the Pharisees of the tribe of Benjamin, to whom these mysteries were revealed so he could take them to the Gentile world and reveal them.
