Why does no one name their daughter Jezebel?

The name Jezebel is avoided because Jezebel was an ungodly, wicked queen who promoted Baal worship and idolatry, making her name synonymous with evil; no mother in her right mind would name a daughter after such a notoriously wicked figure.

Les explains that Jezebel was the wife of King Ahab, and though he sarcastically calls her 'lovely, precious, innocent,' he says she was quite the opposite—probably the worst. She and Ahab ruled the northern kingdom as an ungodly, wicked king and queen, promoting Baal worship and idol worship, and the Israelites were falling for it. Even after Elijah caused a three-year drought, they would not change their ways. Les often reminds people that he has never seen anyone name their little girl Jezebel, and he doesn't think any mother in her right mind would, because the name is associated with such notorious wickedness.
