Which Old Testament passages foretold God fulfilling His covenant promises to Israel?

Ezekiel 37, Deuteronomy 29, and Zechariah are the Old Testament passages cited as foretelling the day when God would fulfill His covenant promises with His chosen people. The context also states that all the Old Testament taught this, because God has set Israel aside temporarily but has not cast them away.

Les explains that Israel is currently blinded and in unbelief, but God is not through with the Jew. He says chapter 11 will show that God is still going to come back and finish His dealing with His covenant people. Les states that all the Old Testament taught this, and specifically names Ezekiel 37, Deuteronomy 29, and Zechariah as passages that foretold the day when God would yet fulfill these covenant promises with His chosen people. Paul’s own Israelite background, from Abraham and the tribe of Benjamin, further underscores that God has not cast away His people.
