Is there scientific evidence that Mount Sinai was burned with fire?
Yes, the supplied teaching states that rocks on Mount Sinai in Jordan have been discovered burned with a fire unlike any other rock formation on earth. It says this is not merely a scriptural legend but is pretty well scientifically proven.
Les explains that as God brought Israel down to Mount Sinai, there was fire and thunder on the mountain. He then says investigators discovered that some rocks up there on Mount Sinai, over in Jordan, were burned with a fire unlike any other rock formation on earth. Therefore, he concludes, this isn’t just a legend from Scripture; it is pretty well scientifically proven.
