God will never send someone to eternal doom without cause because He is sovereign and never unfair. Every person coming into the world receives enlightenment from the true Light, so Scripture declares they are without excuse; therefore, God's judgment is never arbitrary.
Les explains that even people in dark parts of Africa or South America are lost because the Book says every man coming into the world has been enlightened. He points to John 1:9, where the true Light lighteth every man that cometh into the world. Though this is beyond human logic, the Sovereign God has said it, and He is never unfair.
