What are the two divisions God makes in Scripture?

God divides Scripture into two groups: the nation of Israel, which is earthly with earthly promises, and the body of Christ, the New Testament Grace Age Church, which is heavenly with heavenly promises. These two divisions correspond to the dust of the earth and the stars of heaven.

Les explains that God has divided everything in Scripture between two areas: the nation of Israel, which is earthly, and all her promises are earthly; and the body of Christ, the New Testament Grace Age Church, which is heavenly, and all its promises are heavenly. He uses the two verses—'Count the dust of the earth, so shall thy seed be' and 'Count the stars in heaven, so shall thy seed be'—to illustrate these earthly and heavenly divisions. He also emphasizes that believers in the body of Christ are citizens of heaven with heavenly promises.
