What does the Bible mean when it says God has already glorified us?

God has already glorified believers in His own sight, not in outward appearance. Though no halo or angelic presence is visible to others, God looks upon the believer and sees Christ Jesus, so He sees us as justified and glorified. This glorification is a completed reality from God's perspective.

Les explains that Romans 8:30 declares whom God justified, He also glorified. This glorification is already accomplished for the believer, though it is not visible to fellow man—no halo or angelic presence. God, however, sees it because when He looks at the believer, He does not see the individual but sees Christ Jesus. Les illustrates this with Christ's glory on the Mount of Transfiguration, where even His clothing radiated heaven's glory. Since God says we are glorified, we cannot see it on each other, but God sees it when He looks on us, viewing us as justified and glorified. Les says this should excite even the most blasé believer. He also connects it to predestination: God in His foreknowledge chose us in Christ before creation, though Scripture also says whosoever will may come and Christ tasted death for every man, doctrines Les says we cannot reconcile because they are beyond us.
