Where is Christ's body right now?

Christ's physical body is presently at the Father's right hand in heaven. He remains bodily there and cannot leave that position. His indwelling presence in believers is through the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, not His physical body.

Les explains that Christ is bodily at the Father's right hand and cannot leave that bodily. When Scripture speaks of Christ being in us, it must be through the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity. Les points to 1 Corinthians 3:16, where believers are the temple or dwelling place of God, and the Spirit of God dwells in them. He notes the world knows nothing of this, but for those who love and know the Word, it is plain, believable, practical, and experiential. Les also emphasizes that when Scripture repeats something in short order, as in 1 Corinthians 6, it is making a point.

Where is Christ bodily now, and can He leave that place?

Christ is bodily at the Father's right hand, and He cannot leave that bodily position. When Scripture speaks of Christ dwelling in believers, it refers to the third person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, not to Christ leaving His bodily place at the Father's right hand.
