What has to happen after someone enters into salvation?
After salvation, good works have to fall in place, there has to be the manifestation of saving faith, and there has to be bringing honor and glory to God and enjoying Him alone forever. These things are subsequent to salvation, not the working for it, because salvation is by gift.
Les teaches that after a person has entered into salvation, yes, then all these other things have to fall in place. He lists the good works, the manifestation of saving faith, and the whole idea of bringing honor and glory to God. He also cites the Catechism's phrase to enjoy Him alone forever. Earlier he notes that much of Christendom tries to take away the gift aspect of salvation and wants to work for it, thinking they have to do something, but he qualifies that he is talking about salvation itself.
