What do believers have regardless of their financial situation?
Regardless of whether they are rich, poor, or somewhere in between, believers have the satisfying life that God has imparted to them while in this earthly sojourn. Their financial situation does not determine this God-given satisfaction; it is theirs independent of wealth or poverty.
Les explains that God does not mandate believers to be poor paupers, nor does He promise that every believer will automatically become a millionaire. Whether rich, poor, or somewhere in between, the believer has the satisfying life God has imparted during this earthly sojourn. This life is not dependent on financial status. The context also describes believers as alive from the dead, yielded to God, and not under law but under grace, so old Adam need not have dominion over them.
