Who gathers around Jerusalem at the end of the Tribulation?

At the end of the Tribulation, the surviving armies of the world—the residue of humanity still living—are gathered around Jerusalem for the last great battle of Armageddon. Scripture depicts them assembled in the Middle East under military auspices, where God reaps the fully ripe grapes of the earth.

Les explains that at the end of the Tribulation, after all the horrible events man has never experienced, those surviving in the armies of the world are gathered around Jerusalem for the last great battle of Armageddon. Revelation 14 uses symbolic language of the sickle and the fully ripe grapes to show God gathering the residue of humanity still living, assembling them in the Middle East under military auspices. Despite the judgments already poured out, they still refuse to repent or change their attitude about their murders, sorceries, drugs, fornication, and thefts.
