Why is God's wrath not mentioned or heard in Christendom today?
Christendom has been lulled to sleep with messages that omit the wrath of God. People do not hear it because they are afraid to talk about it and do not want to hear it. Yet Scripture still declares that the wrath of God is coming.
Les teaches that Christendom has been lulled to sleep with everything but any mention of the wrath of God. You do not hear it because people are afraid to talk about it and do not want to hear it; nevertheless, the book says the wrath of God is coming. He sets this against Revelation's scene where kings, great men, rich men, chief captains, mighty men, bondmen, and free men hide in the dens and rocks of the mountains, saying to the mountains and rocks, 'Fall on us, hide us from the face of Him who sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath.' Those who imagine they can escape, even by buying property in the Caribbean islands, cannot hide.
